Powerfolds.

Hi, I have bullet powerfolds retro fitted on my 02 cdt and the drivers mirror is starting to chatter and not fully closing, can this be repaired?. Thanks, John.

When mine did this it was down to a little worm gear inside the mirror which was stripped. It's a very cheap soft metal and damages very easily.

I tried to get one but in the end had to buy another mirror :(

I have heard that the worm gear can be turned upside down but I have no idea if that is the case.
