plenums

hi folks just a wee question, my diesel connies auto gearbox is playing up, now i have just checked the plenums and low and behold the place is full of water, just wondering if the ecu could be flooded and if so could that be the cause of the gearbox slipping in and out of gear

flooded plenums and drowned ECU's cause all sorts of mysterious electrical problems..not sure about auto gearbox problems,hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge will be along.

The auto box has it's own ecu that "talks" to the main ECU, so I think it's quite possible.. :o
