Morning All, A mate of mine has a ZT 1.8 and has had a problem with no fuel getting through so he replaced the pump in the tank but that has not cured it, any ideas what it could be? the guy is a mechanic so I am assuming he has checked things like filter etc. As he is a mechanic I really want to find a solution to this to get one over on him so any ideas would be great. Thanks, Gary

moved to the technical help forum, redirection left.

don't rule out the fuel filter becoming unscrewed..

inertia fuel cut off switch above the passenger fuse box, press to reset

and also check the fuel pump relay.

ok, he has tried all above options and no probs there, he says the fuel pump is working but no fuel is coming out could it be something to do with the large cannister thingy near the fuel tank maybe?

Most likely that the fuel filter has seperated..lives in the tank passenger side. The original fuel pump was probably ok.
