3. Take the ramp onto M6


4. At junction 2, take the M69 exit to A46/M1 N/Leic'r/Cov (E)


5. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for M69/M1 North and merge onto M69


6. At junction 3, exit onto M1 toward Nottingham


7. At junction 21a, exit onto A46


8. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on A46 heading to Newark/Melton/A607/Nott'm/A606Go through 5 roundabouts


9. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Sleaford/A17



10. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A17 heading to SleafordGo through 3 roundabouts


11. Take the A153 exit toward Sleaford/Horncastle/Skegness

The A46 from Leicester is a real pain in the *** due to major road works + 40 mph through the road works.. M42 A52 the better option in my book. ithink the route we took last time was far better talk to you guys on Sunday.;)

If the timings are the same around 07:15 but we will confim all this in due course. The locals guys are meeting at chasewater on the 30/1/11 and we can confirm route and timings we will post the info in Plenty of time still. PS Steve I got your text.

Hi Mick I feel the route we took last year would be the best option as it will keep us off the A46. We can talk to Lynden, Rob n Steve Devilish at chasewater to see what they think.:D

By the timetable 07:15, realistically looking at leaving the layby 07:15 - 07:30. I will add you to the convoy

Brilliant day out today with fellow 75 & ZT owners. Loads of smashing cars on display, Rovers and non- Rovers. One taxiing Lancaster and one in the air the highlight of the day - superb!!!!!:D:D:D:D

Yes brilliant day talking to owners new and old, Lancaster flypast was superb. Must have circled the airfield 3 times.

Some fantastic old Rovers and 75 & ZT's well represented.

This was my first time at a Rover rally and it was brilliant !

Great weather, superb venue, lots of great cars to look at,the airfields own Lancaster running up the engines and then the BBMF lancaster display to round it off.
