Just as i was looking forward to a nice afternoon in the sunshine, driving home from a couple of hours at work and clutch pedal decides to stick to the floor.

Got the car recovered and dropped it off at a local garage, who seem to have a decent knowledge of the cars....

Hopefully i'll know tomorrow what the diagnosis is. Preparing myself (my wallet) for the worst but hoping for an easy fix!

Almost certainly going to be Clutch Master Cylinder at least.

There could also be a problem with the Slave aswell (hydraulic Clutch Release Bearing) which of course means Gearbox out.

You can usually see fluid leaking under the car though (Gearbox area)

I did have a R75 in once where the Bearing had actually pushed through the diaphragm on the Clutch Cover assy but my customer did say that it had been making screeching sounds for quite a while prior to it completely failing !
