Nasty noise coming from Aux belt

Hi all, just wondering if you could help. Started to get a strange noise from right side of the engine, kinda like a metallic screeching noise. i don't think it gets higher pitched when i accellarate and can only hear it with the window fully down.

I have noticed that first thing in the morning, first start, it won't do it for the first 2 or 3 minutes but once it starts it is quiet a racket.:shrug:

Any suggestions!!!!!!
