Heated Mirrors Stopped Working

My heated mirrors have stopped working any ideas anyone.

They adjust electrically but no heat.

If it’s both mirrors try fuse f35 5 amp under the dash passenger foot well

Remove one of the mirrors and put your multimeter across the wires. if you have 12v with ign on, then the mirror element has failed :(

..would also like to add,i have come across corroded spade connectors which will add to the problem

Thre mirror glass is held in place by 4 platic cup and cone fittings, angle the mirror as far down as it will go and use a thin wide blade behind it and "pop" it out. i use my fingers now and pull gently and evenly from two points not too far apart on the edge of the mirror :)
