View Full Version : Towbar - Auto Electrician needed

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place, but can anyone recommend a man to do the wiring on my towbar in the Yorkshire region?

Had the bar fitted today but dont feel confident enough to tackle the electrics, the wires are already in the boot so it should be a case of wiring in to the loom, i think!!

I called in one place and they wanted £90 to connect the wires in the boot to loom. Seems a bit pricey to me.

Or does anyone here whos done it before fancy doing it? would sooner pay a member who knows our cars?

Not a problem - Suggest you test it out with your caravan before you need it in earnest, just in case. There have been two or three changes of wiring standard over the years.
