Don't know if its allowed, (mods can edit out if not) but i would like to nominate Shiny Hardware (shinyhardware.co.uk) for my bouquet of the week for going above and beyond the norm.
cut a long story short, not only do they not rip you off on postage to Northern Ireland (something a lot of companies do) they sent me over some spare parts for nothing after I managed to buy the wrong part.
