Igo 8 Low Volume Thread

Hello i did read somewhere on here about the igo 8 volume level being low and you have to change a file somewhere? does any one know where this thread is or how to do it? as i cant hear mine on max?

I have the opposite problem... I get so fed up with the satnav interrupts (Especially the siren going off at speed camera) I turned satnav sound off completely and just follow the route onscreen. IGO seems to natter and nag far more than SWMBO does.

Trouble is when I touch the screen when planning a route or for additional options while driving the stupid interrupt still comes on and the radio disappears for what seems like a millenium of silence. I like listening to talk radio and during that time half the discussion is lost.

I used to have a Tom-Tom stuck to the screen and that would sound okay (turn up or down the volume at will) but I could still listen to the radio at the same time.

Edd,

Just untick the KEY SOUNDS box in the sounds menu
and that will stop that !
