Just as a thought is it possible to use the one of the two amplified aerials on my dvb-t unit via a splitter to run the TMC function on the newest 2din as I am thinking of upgrading my original 2din( no ipod,RDS,TMC)

Thanks

Not too sure...

You could give it a try !

If it doesn't work, I have supplied a lot of the members with a stand alone solution..

It certainly shouldn't work or shouldn't work very effectively, they are two very different frequency bands. Your DVB-T antenna is designed for around 550Mhz and your TMC around 100Mhz - the FM radio band.

Oh well thanks, not one of my brightest ideas so when and if I go for the latest 2din I will be looking to get your impressive aerial amp

No problem,

Just let me know, as I have none in stock and would need to build one from scratch
