Water ingress

I know plenty has been written about this already, but I have water in my drivers footwell in the ZT. I seem to have caught it early as the carpet isn't saturated - yet!

The water is coming down from behind the plastic panel that has the bonnet release leaver in it. What's behind there? It has got a sunroof, are the drainage channels behind/above there? Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Sunroof drain runs down the A pillar, it's the most likely candidate for the drivers side leak.
