I decided to relocate the remote sensor in the courtesy light fitting behind the black plastic part so as it is hidden from view.It works very well and from all angles.I also moved the GPS sensor onto the large bar behind the DD,far neater to have these things out of sight if possible imo :)

Now you see it...

And now you don't... ;)

Good idea - might try it there. Mine is presently wedged between that bit of space between interior light and the interior mirror.

I also have my remote control to open/close the garage door - stuck on the top edge of the interior mirror with bluetack. I could do with finding somewhere a bit more discreet for that to live, but still quickly accessible as I drive up.

Wherever you put it when you install the DVB !!

where is the remote sensor normally at ?

Its the remote control sensor for the DVB-T TV adaptor for the Sean double din head unit. There is no 'normal' place for it to be fitted. I mounted my DVB-T in the boot with the remote pickup sensor cable run through the head lining to a position jammed between interior light and the mirror.

You then point a small remote control at the sensor to change channels etc. on the receiver in the boot.
