Software for the DD?

Can we have a sticky that has all the (free) software, mods and hacks for the DDs in one place? Also links to any non free stuff we can buy? It seems like finding all the bits and pieces is a long winded affair.

Not needed for me now, but for all those still thinking of buying and having bought one in the process of installing - all of the installation information pulled together in one group rather than scattered over multitude of threads.
