can i use the sd card from my tom tom and use it in my DD unit

If your TomTom has a full size SD card then no because the DD units take Micro SD.

I'm not even sure if TomTom will even work on the DD but i'm sure someone will be along to confirm that.

Tomtom won't work unless you use the petrums patch for wince, even then it's no good...

Best sticking to either Igo or Primo that you get on the card or from what we have on SugarSync

Your version of TomTom will not work in the DD unit.

You are able to use a very old version of TomTom (Version 6) but the maps are so outdated it would be useless.

Tomtom 6 does work fine, but the maps our outdated.

Tomtom 7 again does work, but the voices are not in sequence. After many attempts i have gone back to IGO8, just got to get used to it.

I have Sugarsync, is there a updated version of IGO8 with POI etc added? I got the Primo one and didn't like it compared to IGO
