Hi all, I have only just got around to try and fit the revesing camera only to find it won't fit. I take it the camera is made for a saloon and not the tourer, looking at the pictures from other postings they all show saloons. Has anyone fitted one to a tourer? Also is there anyway of stoping the first song automatically playing after loading the SD card?
thanks Dave

Hi Dave. I did this a couple of years ago as my tourer was a lot different to my saloon. It's a bit lower but works fine and easy to run power etc as there is a gromet in the boot area to bumper. :D

I fitted one to my Tourer after I was told that it can't be done. I fitted it under my 3rd brake light in the window. It works very well apart from at night the infra red reflects back off one of the heater element in the window, but in the daylight they're invisible. Bit of a fiddle getting the wire through the glass tailgate conduit but I reckon it looks good.
Not a brilliant photo, will take more if you require.

Hi BBM. Alas no as the tourer has the tailgate opening switch there under a rubber membrane. Hence I put mine underneath. I did the same as you on my saloon.
Not saying you can't adapt it now as they make the numberplate light replacement now with built in camera.

Hi all

the ones that we sella re designed to fit the saloons , the simplest for the Tourers is the License Plate types , which we also have available

Hi All. as you can see from the photos i got it fitted, i had to get the dremel out and do a bit of cutting and grinding but i got there.i had to take out the original plastic number plate light and fit it in the recess.
thanks for all your feedback Dave
