Phew! Just logged on to say I wouldn't be able to make it on 1st September because we're going to St Ives for the week. Now I've found the meeting's on 7th September, so I'll be able to find out if I can achieve 40mpg over 800 odd miles AND come to the Hollow Tree to boast about it or be commiserated! Lol

Though St Ives is a lonnggg way down from any Mway, so your mpg may well take a bashing... innit.. lol..

Not averaged more than 38 for a tankful yet, but if I can't do it on this trip, I never will. Unless I'm stuck in a traffic jam on the M5 for 3 hours, of course.
