Had a new clutch fitted 6 months ago. It has recently started to judder when moving off , but only when the engine is stone cold . Once warmed up it is ok . Bottom engine mount is only about a year old , but I'm not ruling it out . Engine runs fine on tickover and running , with no misfires of any kind.
Any thoughts before I take it back to the garage which fitted it ?

Was the DMF inside the tolerances ?

Yes , was told all was ok with the DMF and it is a clutch and gearbox specialist with a good rep so I guess i believe them

Check that the crankcase breather is clean and not coked up.

Excess crankcase pressure can force oil out through the rear main bearing and get on the clutch face.
This can cause a judder when cold and sometimes goes away as the clutch warms up.
