Just wondering - can I set up to access the MS Office calenders on the different machines on the same LAN we have (3 machines all running XP) via the 'open a shared calendar' button in Outlook?

Yes, its even easier if you are using an Exchange server

tvm - should have asked can you say how it's done as I've been looking but can't find :( No exchange server btw.

Ahh, sorry, my bad. It seems that this can only be done with an exchange server.

If I remember correctly this can only be done via an Exchange.
