Well i think th youtube said it all. But id like to add this as well.

I think th problem is this.... Th French had a civil/industrial revolution... and kept it.

And th British had one too but gave it back to th powers that be. I wonder if thats why th tail wags th dog in this country???

If they can't "feel your collar" they can catch you and give you a good nip! They don't seem to get sued for wrongful arrest or bad attitude either!
