Tazo Parts still on business?

Hi members:

Somebody can tell me if Tazo Parts still doing business?. The website is operational but I can't get an answer of any of my emails to customer service.

Cheers

Do you mean the Polish company Tazu, who introduced the metal slave cylinder or the UK based Tazo? As I understand it, Tazu is/was latterly supplying Xpart with clutch cylinders. I believe Tazo is a one-man selling agent and has/had a wider range including a lot of the Chinese stuff as per Radioguy. I've not followed either myself but might be able to find something.

OK. That's the one-man operation that offered many of the Chinese 'Roewe' type parts and introduced a number of stainless steel and alloy connectors for the 75/ZT cooling system.
He used to have a lot listed on eBay, which have now largely disappeared. However, I suspect the operation has failed or is being wound down. I've spotted one of Tazo's anodised alloy pipes on eBay being sold by a new trader using the name 'bojoclearance' which may confirm my suspicions. The location for bojoclearance item is the same as was previously used by Tazo Parts.

eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MG-ZT-ROV...8AAOSwvKRcue8n

If there's anything you think he can supply you with, I'd suggest sending him a message via the eBay page. Also click the 'Other Items' link.

Hope this helps.

I emailed Tazo (using the Gmail address on their website) on May 24th and never got a reply.

There's a phone number here - https://www.facebook.com/tazoparts

And another here (click business details) - https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/bojoclear...p2047675.l2559

'Originated on eBay' - https://tazoparts.co.uk/pages/who-are-we

The person named there isn't the one who started Tazo on ebay, so it does look like there's been a change and Tazo's name has gone.

EDIT: He is/was a member here for a short time. Click: https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=40499

Tazo Parts

Although the website is still functional, if you try to buy anything the "checkout" has been disabled which would seem to be a fair indication that trading has ceased. I have an unfulfilled order placed, paid for and acknowledged at the beginning of April, but now no response to e-mail enquiries. I paid by credit card so will hopefully have some recourse there if the worst has happened.

Tazo Parts

Some slightly more encouraging news on this. Thanks to T-Cut's detective work (see earlier post from TC) and the lead to Bojo UK I emailed there and asked if he knew anything about Tazo Parts. Just got a reply. Turns out Tazo is the son of Bojo (!) and the father has taken on all the stock as the son has had various problems. He has promised to sort out either the supply of my part or a refund asap, and he sounded like he meant it, so here's hoping he's as good as his word. Will update when I hear further.

Thanks again, to all of you with the information provided.

Cheers!!!

Joel Antonio.

Good news - discovered when my credit card statement arrived today that I'd been refunded by the above. Would have helped if he'd answered e-mails and told me!

Running a business nowadays should be very stressful.

what is the point of the post?

the police are outnumbered by the public and quite likely criminals, they unlike the public do a job 1 hand tied behind their backs. Always easy to pick on the police but those that do never seem to take a pop at the violent obnoxious people they have to deal with.
