I don't quite understand this as they stress that they are looking for a "local" club so how can we qualify?
|

We are all local (to where we are) And we meet up in most areas so I reckon we will be ok. |
Can anyone tell me if I can change the title of the post or does a mod have to do it?

Also came away with a magazine........cars of the 70s :D |
At risk of being a party pooper, PC are looking for local clubs, or local branches of National clubs, so I am not sure just voting for the 75/ZT club as a whole will cut it.
I think this is a great club in many ways - the active forum being the major benefit. I have belonged to various classic car clubs over the years, and something the 75/ZT club does not offer is either a publication of any sort (monthly or quarterly magazine/newsletter) or any sort of spares support. Some much smaller clubs I have belonged to issue such publications, and have an active spares service, including remanufacturing of obsolete parts or offering a reconditioned/exchange service for items like king pins etc. Just a few (hopefully constructive) thoughts/comments. Possibly they have changed the criteria? I can't believe no one else would have seen the rather large message otherwise? |
