Local insect

Sitting round the pool in Corfu, I can't get this little guy to leave my toe alone.
When I move my foot he's off but he's back 10 seconds later:)
There are quite a few here, all different colours red, blue, green and yellow ones.

They're called Dragon-Flies. Their presence usually indicates a perfect environment! Oh, and they like water....lol.
