Spare key

I have lost my car key for 2004 rover 75 luckily I have a spare but would like to have another one is there a way to get one cheaper than going to the dealers or dear locksmiths? I live in Oldham:shrug::shrug:

I have had some cut and programmed by cb750chris who is near Portsmouth but reading the site in the past I think there are folk closer to you with the T4 to do the programming.

You need more than a T4, T4 won't programme a new transponder chip for a key. BigRuss in Liversedge is probably the nearest who can do you a key. A key making trader here will do one for about 25% of the official Xpart option.

I am also not too far away :} As you have an existing key this isn't a problem, if you lost all keys and didn't have a blade then XPart would be the easiest option.

I can supply and program a key and blank case, but I can't cut the blade, you would have to get a key cutters to clone the existing blade from the old key to the new one.
