Do they make a big difference?

It's hard to say yet as I only fitted them yesterday, they add a bit more wind noise on the motorway which I have to decide if I find acceptable or not.
In all honesty I bought them more for the looks than for driving with the window open, though now I have them fitted it will be something I try when the weather gets warmer.

Wow... that looks really good! I've been thinking about doing something like that, but I'm gonna wait until I've got my mudflaps and then do it all together.

Bought some Meguiars Leather stuff for £4.00 (Bargain) so decided to give the Seats a 'once-over'.... As well as gave the Alcantara a vacuuming.

Looking good I think!

As well as enjoying the drive to and from work. In the last few days I have.....

Re gapped the plugs
Fitted blue silicone vacuum hoses to/from the turbo/solenoid
Fitted 4 original mudflaps
Had a play with the drivers seat and got a better driving position.

2 weeks off work soon so will do a bit more.

Replaced lower suspension arm dust seal then refitted both sides inc track rod ends,refitted exhaust bracket then the exhaust,refitted slam panel,headlamps,power steering cooler pipe,front bumper then adjusted for a better fit,refitted the undertray, cleaned the wheels then fitted them.

Then lifted the car from the axle stands so she is now back on her "legs" so to speak for the first time since early March.

Just a couple of things to do tomorrow.:}

Ched 7th May 2014 20:42

Readjusted the exhaust as it was blowing slightly, refitted the undertray, tightened up both hub nuts and the wheel nuts.
Topped up and bled the power steering, and then the best bit, I took her out for a short test drive and she drove beautifully, the clutch is really light and I think the smile on my face must have said it all. :D
