Got round to sorting out a lot of little jobs such as making the sun visors stay in place, re-attaching lot of little bits of trim that had come loose or had been broken, got the sun blind working again.

Removed the Nokia car kit left in by a previous owner.

Also fitted a pair of pre-project drive rear quarter/c-pillar finishers with the Rover badge

;)

It took me ages to get an old laptop with XP on it to work, so I could work the scanner................... :D:getmecoat:

Fitted the auto-dip interior mirror - very worthwhile mod.

Only trouble is...........waiting for an excuse to go out at night to try it (rather than testing with a torch !).

Hi Bob, do you reckon you'll be able to mine working at Lulworth?

Dorset Bob 26th May 2014 00:49

No problem Bill. ;)
The only issue I have is my old laptop (two, in fact, cobbled into one :D) has not been used for donkeys, and the battery is completely dead.

I will need to get a new battery, unless we can get our hands on an inverter.
