Ready for testing
At last the car is now ready to road test, the clutch hopefully being sorted as well as, rear springs, upper arms, D rubber and drop links.
Various bits shot blasted and painted for protection and one snapped stud replaced. Currently, a faulty master cylinder is the likely cause for the failure Fitting the exhaust was a piece of cake, 3 trolley jacks and my wife the mechanic pumping away:D One scary moment a few days ago, wife was to lower the jack supporting the trailing arm and rear suspension while I was under the car but she....... shock the jack:eek: My goodness that was scary even though on axle stands and blocks of wood also under the body just in case axle stands fail. As I sorned the car for this month I'll wait until November. I'm working tomorrow in any case macafee2 |
