Never been asked before but is there a way of obtaining this item? I’m guessing it’s too long after MGR died or is there a way?

British Motor Museum used to issue CoC's , . Its not listed as a standard enquiry but may be worth a call. or email [email protected]

If your v5 has the correct type approval numbers in section D2 and D2.1, you shouldn't need a COC - hopefully the OP's number matches one of the approval numbers listed on the site below...........please note that this is for France, so it may not be applicable for other European countries
