Temporary RS.
 

After Stu’s decision to step down as north east RS, after discussion with him offline, as from 2019,I will be the club’s contact for SOME of the north east meets.
I would love to be able to take over the role from Stu completely, but family and work commitments prevent me from doing so.
The meets I will coordinate next year will be
Walworth Castle (subject to a repeat invitation from Durham MG club,)Stu will confirm this nearer the time, as he is part of that club:
MG Northumbria ,and one other meet ,sometime between end of August and end of October. I will try and find a venue suitable,that would be willing to accommodate us, if anyone has anywhere in mind, please post up your idea, and if there is enough interest, I can make contact on behalf of the club.

Good news Richard, your right it can be time consuming and Stuart’s done an outstanding job.. if we all muck in together Im sure we can keep things ticking over.

Having just found out about family commitments next year, and my mother’s requirements for everyday living ,I can no longer offer my services as temp r s. I will try to act as club contact for MGNorthumbria ,if I am able though.

I didnt actually fill in Bob,I was hoping to be club contact for a few of the meets Stu set up.
However my daughter has announced dates that we need to be available, for uni events,and my mother's medical appointments, I wont be able to commit to that now. I will take it on a meet by meet basis, if I am able to step up I will post up that I am contact point for that particular event.

I have requested from our new mod that this thread be closed, as it serves no further purpose, following the announcement that Stu will be resuming his role as North East R S, in January.
