It's a lovely example and also refreshing to read such an honest listing.

I don't have the space, cash or need for it but it's certainly a great opportunity if you're in the market for one like this.

It's only a £200 car at the most, no mot, last MOT was 2015/16 and had quite a few advisories, so I expect those were never done, this would most likely be a costly save.

Be a brave person to take this on in my opinion.
