Very sad news indeed, I was a fan since there break through album 'Eliminator' came out in the early 80's, I remember having a good laugh at the local record shop in town owned by a old couple, I asked for the eliminator album & he said That's them zed zed top in't it lol :D:D:D

Saw them in th Vicky Hall Stoke many years ago. Thanks to Dusty th herringbone block floor vibrated with great abundance. Great show. Great band.
So "Welcome my son, welcome to th machine" Said th posh bloke from Hampshire who's daddy payed for his first Rig.... Th wife loves Pink Floyd. I hate th wife...:-) :-) :-) But th last bit is not nessarly true. |
I saw them at the Milton Keynes Bowl many moons ago.
An added bonus for me was that, unannounced, Paul Rodgers also played with his new band - The Law. I was always a fan of Free. RIP Dusty Hill, another legend gone! The music will live on and I am glad to have grown up during that time of those great bands. BTW the dancers when ZZ Top played Legs were good. ;) |
