Good home required for Rover 75 .

Hi, the MOT is due on my 1999 Rover 75 Connoisseur SE in midnight blue on the 13/09/19 .
I had a pre MOT check done and the results are as follows.
Silencer centre and rear blowing
Brake pipes corroded
Welding required on both rear sills and offside front.
Rear wheel bearing noisy
Rear hand break efficiency
I have owned the car for 15 years and has covered 88,000 miles and has never let me down once .
Being 20 years old it does look good for its age but there are some minor rust on the body work.
The interior does not show any serious signs of wear and is blue with white piped leather seats .
The cruise control does not work, tried to fix it by replacing pump etc but no success.
The tyres on the car are in good condition as well as the alloys with no kerbing.
I have another set of 17 inch serpent alloys with tyres both in good condition again .
I did get advisories a few years back the back brake plates corroded so I have a brand new pair to be fitted, but that does not seem to be an issue anymore!
The car is located in Dalgety Bay Fife Scotland .
As for a price for the car I was thinking of £500 .
Any further details please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks for looking,
Ray .
