Central Locking issue

Hi all, I have an issue with the central locking on my Tourer.

The keyfob opens all the doors apart from passenger rear. I have to open from the inside.
The keyfob will however lock ALL the doors.

Is it likely to be the actuator?

That sounds just like a failed actuator.

I was hoping it wasn't failed as it sort of working one way. I'll open it up at the weekend.

Cheers.

search the forum, I'm sure last year there was a thread about replacement motors for them but I cant recall if any modification was required.

Good luck, even our resident expert Stocktake suggests getting to the motors is fiddly at best. Perhaps your best option is a used working one - contact MickeyBoy on here, or one of the other traders.

Regards

Probably more likely to be a solenoid rather than a motor isn't it ??

Our resident expert Stocktake refers to them as motors, so motors they are.

Hi Fella, just tried but it says you need to clear some messages first. Sometimes popular! :}

Yes they are motors, and not easy to change either. The assemblies weren't designed to be serviced. :getmecoat:
