Owner says: My clutch didnt feel right

Friend of mine said the clutch in his Fiat Panda didn't feel right, then it lost drive....

I will add this is the original Fiat clutch and has managed 90,000 miles.

I thought some might find this entertaining. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8c707995dd.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d3782abeea.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8c76d653b0.jpg

Feeling the pressure.

Well once you have lost all the friction material off the driven plate, if you still have drive, there's only metal left to disappear. That clutch has done well to keep going so long. At least my CDT's friction material was still in one piece when I renewed it (original no-spring plate) at 134,000, -even if it was detached from the metal having worn off all the rivet heads! I suspect that panda may need the flywheel replacing, judging by the scoring on the pressure plate.
