has anyone bought from Ak motorsport in leeds ? ... just wondered if they are ok with deliveries etc. tried ringing but no answer ... :shrug:

I bought few times, before brexit, items which were hard to find or non existant elswhere. Never had a problem in sense when item is sent it came without problems. However, they do sometimes tend not want to make business due to problems outside UK (even before brexit). Also sometimes are hard to contact. But when contact is made and items sent, all was good.

Yes Stefan, I have too and everything was fine. Keep trying with the phone calls!

I’m trying to get a refund for a part supplied by them which was not of required quality. Their communication is pretty sporadic and stand-offish, and they claim not to have received the item that I posted back a couple of weeks ago. I strongly advise to avoid them!

yes their general feedback is bad on ebay and backs up what has been said above.i have sent ebay p.m messages plus sales@ messages from their website plus customer service emails and admin messages with no response to any. tried calling them direct at least 6 times different days and no one answers and no answerphone facility. just a complete stonewall situation. im trying to chase an order for parts i have ordered that are not available elsewhere but its so frustrating when the response is absolute zero. ... i will try again over the weekend and again monday. thanks for your posts.

I've bought several items off AK Motorsport over the years and must say I've never had any issues at all. But then, I've never had to follow up anything on the customer care side, so can't make any comment on that front.
