oil line behind front bumper?

just quick one, theres some sort of oil line that goes behind the front bumper, am I right to assume that this is part of the cooling system for the engine oil?
or is this something else?

The oil cooler is situated low down on the offside of the car, so it might be that. Best to post a photo of what you are looking at for a positive ID.

Most likely you're referring to the power steering fluid cooler .
