Due to Derek's failing health, & as Derek's name was the first that any new members saw (Windrush) may I propose that the "Welcome" section be renamed the "Windrush Welcome" in his honour? I'm sure Lillian can convey this to him & make him, & us, very proud:bowdown:

Well said Ronnie, I second your idea wholeheartedly.

I have never spoken to Derek but the depth of sentiment and respect for him here is obvious from all those that have so i think it would certainly be very fitting to do so.

Like you said, Windrush was the first contact I had on the forum when I joined.

Fantastic idea mate. As previously said, he is The member. First contact for most of us. I hope he gets better very soon and Lilian gets the help and break she needs and deserves.
