classic manual heater controls

Asking for a friend.
How hard would it be to convert from the manual dials to digital ones and wt would be needed?

Hi Robert,

Rover 75s with Classic trim and manual air conditioning are a rarity. Your friend should preserve his in standard form. It will be the car that attracts attention at car shows and meetings. :}

Full dashboard out, remove the old heater unit and refit the new one, easy enough to do just a lot of room needed to put everything while it’s out of the car.

You will need T4 to alter the zcs codes once done so it recognises the new heater controller.

Terry at TS Autos has done this swap and from what I remember it was a fair amount of work - no problem for him of course as he knows them inside out. :}
