Anyone here know anything or even collect china or Silver etc..

eg Staffordshire . royal doulton, ec ..

Hoping to sell off my dad collections over the coming months .


I did know but forgot a lot of it ..:duh:


A rough estimate about £10 k 's worth about 200 pieces ,


but its what peeps want to pay innit ;)

To a point, ebay may be a good guide for price, look not only what is currently for sale but what has sold

I would find a local auction house to come to you and value them,normally a free service plus you have the option of selling through them if you want.

Give Dukes at Dorchester a ring 1305 265 080 I've used them for valuations a couple of times.

I am not much good on porcelain but know a bit. Silver I do know about and have all the books on hallmarks etc.

Quick tip. If any porcelain says " Made in England" it is after 1921.
Before that it would just say "England"
