have the disc pads seized to the discs? If the handbrake has been left on have the shoes seized to the drum?

If the car moves it could just be a covering of rust on the discs that will clean off with use.

Have a good look at the front springs - one may have snapped and the end stuck into the tyre.

I’d agree with this!

I'd go with this if its got 9 months of rust on the discs.

I can see rust starting on mine in 24hrs if a damp/wet day.

A very good chance this has happened.

Bust drop links on the front wheels can make a horrendous grating noise when the steering is turned as well. I had this on my previous 75.

Can't be a desperate problem as OP posted this at 9 AM this morning !

And no replies to all the suggestions.

The OP is a Doctor,perhaps he is busy saving lives etc
