Fuel tank removal

A couple of questions re fuel tank removal.

1) What do I have to disconnect to remove the tank completely? (Apart from the main filler hose and the 4 tank strap bolts)?

2) If I remove the tank will I introduce air into the system and mess up the fuel injection system?

Question 3

3) How do these hose clips undo?

That's the tank at bottom of pic. The metal thing is one leg of the tank strap.

Is there any slack on them - i.e. how far can I lower it before disconnecting them?
