Bird Recognition App

Are there anyone who has used one of the Apps for recognizing birds by their songs?

When I Googled this the top rated App had poor reviews.

Thanks

Mike

If you choose the right song there's no need for apps - the 'burds' are instantly recognisable.

And for me, there's only one....

Well, actually, two....

Can't decide which one is more stunning and produced better music. :}

Tend to watch them rather than listen to them. Get a huge variety at the feeders in the garden, picking up dropped seeds as well. House Sparrows, Tree Sparrows, various T1ts, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Chaffinches, Bullfinches, Siskins, Woodpeckers, Dunnocks, Thrush, Blackbirds.....

I use BirdNet, downloaded from the app store, quite good.

Have a good variety of birds in the garden. We mostly have Sparrows this year. Gosh they are noisy by our kitchen door. We also have a rather large number of Starlings this year too. Even more noise. Blackbirds with a number or young, a couple of Magpies, and also a Sparrowhawk.

Who perched about 6ft from the kitchen window a few weeks back. Could do with out that.

Also Greenfinches, Goldfinches a Blackcap and Mistlethrushes.

A nice variety.

We also get the odd Eagle and Osprey. But they are from Lakenheath and Mildenhall.
