Rover 200 Kernahan - Any information please?

A friend of mine has been offered a Rover 200 modified by `Kernahan' who I believe used to be based in Oxfordshire. Does anyone have any information please on what the modifications were please? e.g. BHP, engine / brake etc. modifications.
Any information would be much appreciated.

Just googled it & they come up as a main Ford dealer. Probably just gave it a service before the part exchange Rover was sold.

Better than any 75 diesel could do, I regularly achieved high sixties in the Maestro van fully loaded.

You did need ear defenders, as a Rover SD1 air box with no intake silencing was used
