Build info site down?
 

I haven't been on there for a while, but today I wanted to look up the VIN of a car I was interested in.

Noticed that the re-captcha thing is showing as 'down' so I can't query the build data. Is there any other way of accessing the build data?
Found a couple of other posts saying that you can put anything in the recaptcha box and it still works, but I've tried that and it's not working...
Just get: "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Please try again."

Been down a while:shrug: You used to get round it by typing anything in the captcha part & after a few goes, it worked. Now, since the new data laws, it seems to be off completely:o

Try dropping Reebs a PM with your VIN number.

i tried that but he has reached his inbox limit

I’m currently working abroad in Russia for the next 5 weeks so don’t have access to the database out here. However I’d be happy to look up your car’s vin once I’m back. :}

P.S I’ll see about clearing some more PM space ;)

Every website I've seen has a link to the webmaster to report things. The only link on the MG-Rover.info site is for ukwebsystems.com which takes you to basically a blank page :shrug: All it says is the page is reserved for future use
