Rover 75 rear caliper fixing bolts

Wanted to change rear brakes this morning, am told I need Allen keys to remove the caliper bolts, can anyone tell me if the bolts are Allen keys or torx keys as I have been through all my mine and no joy.

The sliders, are I'm sure, Allan bolts.
Are they a standard size? I seem to recall needing a special All key for doing this job
on a previous car

You will need a 7mm allen key to remove the slider pins, to enable you to remove main part of caliper

Torx bolts

You can get a special tool for it, which has a handle fitted. Last resort try a similar size torx key. As suggested it is a 7mm which was the only one my set didn't have.

This type,

I’ve got 2 sets of metric Allen keys and neither set had a 7mm key.

Ended up buying a 7mm key with an extended handle which are advertised as a brake servicing item.

that's the type of tool I thought I'd used years ago.

I cut the Allan key off so I can now use it with a socket set
