missing parcel from DMGRS

Do we have a contact number for DMGRS. I have a missing parcel that should have been delivered last week and its still not turned up!

He doesnt have a phone number for customers which is odd but he'd probably spend his days being asked for advice rather than trading so I understand it. Send him an email, a dm on here and hit him up on facebook. He'll hear one of them. In fairness, he's really good and sorting you out wont be a problem.

mat has already been back to me at this late hour and explained the situation. Very impressed at his speedy response via a PM.:D

I was once the membership secretary for the Triumph Sports Six Club and having a published contact number was a real pain.

Phone calls up to midnight were not uncommon, but they were mainly technical queries and nothing to do with membership.

So I can understand Matt not wanting a contact number as he will spend longer on the phone than shipping goods.

He’s a busy and a dedicated man. He’s away for a few days but still had time to reply to a Facebook post last night plus this query here and I’ll bet it’s only the tip of the iceberg

Waiting for my dampers but he has replied to my email.

I would have thought it was obvious.

Because he wished to.

I know we are protective of "lovely DMGRS", but question the poster's actions? ;)
