Could anyone offer me detailed instructions on how to retro fit a manual sunblind to the Rover 75 saloon please?

HOW TO

One thing I would say to keep in mind, is to make sure you mount the threads of the blind to the holes of the metal shelf of the car (the nuts are attached from inside the boot), or the blind will only work for a few times then fail. Took me two years to figure that one out lol! :o
