Crankshaft sensor

I'm having trouble getting a new crankshaft sensor for my Rover 75
V6 engine type 25K4F, 130 kW, model 2000, built 1999, manual transmission. It is impossible to buy it in Sweden. Does anyone have a part number or other info about where I can buy a new sensor.

Hi, an net search shows a part number NSC100106 FREELANDER V6 so you should be able to get 1 from Land Rover. Alternatively EBay has quite a few for sale. Lee.

These people seem to have them, link: https://www.bildelaronline24.se/calo...ernet/10940992.
Three different manufacturers to choose from at differing price.

I take it you've checked the error code and the lack of any needle movement on the tachometer?

Crankshaft sensor

Thank you for your tips, I will use NSC 100106, but it lacks cable, the existing broken one has a 200 mm cable. Which cable should I use for NSC 100106?

I thought the existing cable was part of the vehicle wiring harness. Doesn't it unplug from the sensor?

Edit: Are you referring to #5 in this diagram? https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001630

and also a #6 https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-YSB114000

Cheers,
Glenn

Thank you for your support, after installing new spare parts from Rimmer Bros, my old Rover 75 is out on the street again.
