....................................... 16 years ago a certain MG ZT rolled off of the production line and was selected to join the Monogram line. And on the 1st of May 2004 she was sold to Mike King.
It would another 6 years before she would enter my life, and we are still together.
And her first owner wants her back. He part exchanged her for a Jeep, and has regretted that decision ever since. He tracked me down via Facebook.

So Happy Birthday Banana.

Wish I had not sold my '05 v6 Contemporary auto. I had a momentary rush of "it makes no sense to have three on the drive". Pah! What do I know.

Happy Birthday to banana and I know how the original owner feels as I sold a TF160 spark years back and still look at the pictures today and wish I had it.

Oh! Yes. She’ll not be going anywhere whilst I’m alive. Mike is aware that he’ll not be getting the car back. We did meet up a few years ago.
