Reshaped the pipework for the slave cylinder, I really should have checked the part numbers of the bits I got from Andy Willi :o
Freelander slave cylinder pipework requires careful fettling before use in a 75, and would definitely been easier prior to fitting :getmecoat: http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/g...pse3c9df7c.jpg Brian :D |

Not today but yesterday, I've changed my lights for Xenon white bulbs, changed the pollen filter, changed the top hose clip (which did not like being too close to the coolant when I 've fitted a R5 thermostat so it was already rusty :duh:).
And the best part was to remove the intercooler hose to fit my new silicone one from SFS Performance (thanks Wullie480!) Did a road test then... really better!!! :D |
Engine change on a 1.8 done :}

Had a look at mine decided enough is enough now looking at a newer model

Finished clutch replacement & got the car back on the road!
It took a week of dodging raindrops & getting bits done before & after work, but she's finished & running. Some people have found the Tazu master cylinder difficult to fit with the supplied copper pipe, but mine went on a dream. |

Swapped the ZT's around and now have Banana out to enjoy the sunshine. Parked her next to the 355th Fighter Wing Group Memorial for a photo. Took Redfive there earlier in the week.

Today I've been playing with the 620ti - checking the spark plugs (very old, so will be changed) and sorting out some new pipework for the manual boost controller.
More exciting, however, is that I've bought back another 620ti I used to own to be used as spares. She was half converted to a track car, however the owner doesn't have time to finish the project off. There's a few tasty bits for mine on there... :D |
New exhaust for my 1.8 ZT £91 fitted which I thought was ok

Collected my ZTT from the bodyshop complete with a new towbar, repainted rear bumper and sorted rear sensors, they even washed & hoovered it, lovely. Thank you Oxenbury & sons, Bridport. The best bit was giving their Ford Fiesta back, #allshownogo. ;)

Brought it down to the Lake District, after a new clutch including master and slave, and a new thermostat/thermostat housing. First time I've really used it in about 8 weeks. VIS motors are definitely a priority, and, it seems like there's still a bit of fluid in the footwell, which will hopefully subside soon.
